Kako to izgleda, pogledajte u videima ispod fotografija.

"The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong." - Mahatma Gandhi❤ I forgive you, not because I'm ok with what you did or considering to your version of events but because I have to step away and get back to me. I have to let go. It's not worth destroying me to prove a point or hold my anger close. Can’t say it doesn’t hurt when you get betrayed by someone you thought is ur best friend and you would literally give them ur organs if they needed; they keep telling you that you are their best friend and you choose to belive them even though.. your intuition tells you something stinks but you choose to be positive n to belive until the universe shows you the truth; The Universe has been n will always be on the side of TRUTH❤ If you consider someone your best friend DO NOT fucking lie to them no matter how much you think the truth will hurt cause finding out the truth later after events unfold, it hurts even more; THE TRUTH always comes up n wins no matter how much you try to hide it ❤❤ always be honest and stand behind your actions no matter how stupid or low they are...we all make mistakes but you have to be BIG enough to admit when you make a mistake n not dwell into more lies cause it all comes up when you least expect it❤ That’s why we have Karma❤ happy hump day Wearing @olayabeach BEST bikini line ever ❤❤

“Pranayama consists of four parts. They are puraka (inhalation), antara kumbhaka (suspended inhale), recaka (exhalation) and bahya kumbhaka (suspended exhale). Puraka, the life giver, is the long sustainned subtle, deep, slow and rhythmic in-breath. Similarly recaka releases the vitiated air in the form of toxin through subtle, slow and rhythmic out-breath. Antara kumbhaka distributes the drawn-in energy to the entire system, while bahya kumbhaka empties the burden of the brain, purges all strains and stresses, creating silence and quietude. Do not mistake pranayama for deep breathing. In pranayama the cells of the brain and facial muscles are kept receptive and the breath is taken in pensively and released passively. In puraka the energy that is received smoothly without jerks is allowed to soak inside the lungs. In recaka, sufficient time is given to release the breath for the air cells to re-absorb the residual prana to a maximum extent. This passive observation allows a full utilization of energy, builds up emotional stability and calms the mind...It makes the practitioner peep within himself to feel the core of life.”~Shree B.K.S. Iyengar, Ashtadala Yogamala Volume 2 While the practice of pranayama may seem simple, it is not easy. With patience, and over time, I have found that my pranayama practice has given me an inner fortitude and peace that asana could not quite touch. We use Asana to sculpture the mind; to discover what each sheath of being longs for and nourish it according to its subtle appetites. Yoga says we must deal with outer or most manifest( legs, arms, shoulders, eyes, tongue...) in order to develop the sensitivity to move inward. This is why Asana opens the whole spectrum of yoga’s possibilities. There can be no realization of existential, divine bliss without the support of the soul’s incarnate vehicle, the food&water fed body, from bone to brain. If we can become aware of its limitations and compulsions, we can transcend them. Breath is the vehicle of consciousness so by its slow, measured observation and distribution, we learn to tug our attention away from external desires(Vasana)toward a judicious, intelligent awareness(Prajna)

Friendly reminder that “spiritually” is not pretending you’re in a good mood 24/7 We all experienced pain, mental, physical or spiritual...our attitude is everything, we can sit n complain n bitch about things n blame people n surroundings for it but in reality how we respond to life is how "good"our life will be ...all pain sucks n it's equal...my mentor Chad Hamrin said once "pain is pain " and at that moment I realized to each person their pain is as real as anyone else regardless of the cause. It all hurts. We can sit here n judge each other n struggle or we can accept that everyone is fighting some kind of a battle and choose to be kind. I truly belive yoga is an education in a human spirit. Yoga is not about the perfect pose. Yoga is about waking up to the truth of who you really are. To practice yoga is to commit yourself to the ritual of devotion. Strength is about the dogged determination to keep walking the path until all that's left is L❤VE❤ On this spiritual path there is a tendency to feel that certain emotions are higher vibration and certain are lower vibration. We tend to judge darker emotions as bad and lighter emotions as good. Society definitely influences this belief, and this is one area where humanity has again been hacked. Not only are certain emotions deemed more positive, but even positive emotions, enthusiastically expressed, are looked down upon. Wild animals have no such inhibitions within their natural world. They feel their emotions and react to experiences fully and completely. It is not uncommon to see an explosive outburst within a family pride of lions arguing over food one minute and then grooming each other tenderly a few minutes later. The emotion is felt and expressed absolutely, and the energy behind it is utterly released so that calm naturally returns. There are no grudges held for slights, and there is no self judgement for the emotions expressed. As we move along the spiritual path, and start to focus on self love and unconditional acceptance of who we are, we must remove the deep-seated hacks to experiencing our emotions fully. Think I’m a wild animal Happy Friday
