Modni dizajner Tommy Hilfiger i osnivač istoimene kompanije, nakon šest godina konačno je prodao svoj ekstravagantni penthouse u The Plaza hotelu na Manhattanu.

Fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger has finally sold his extravagant New York-based penthouse apartment after knocking nearly FIFTY million dollars off the asking price!The four-bedroom home has reportedly sold for a reported .35 million. It originally went up for sale for a staggering  million.  Insiders claim the home’s exquisite furniture is also be included in the deal.Hilfiger bought the corner duplex for .5 million in 2008, and then tried to flip it for  million a few months later.The designer and his wife Dee Ocleepo then spent around  million on renovations.In 2013, the 6,050-square-foot home went back on the market for an eye-popping  million.The price dropped to  million in March 2015 and then  million before dropping to .9 million in April 2016. It was then reduced to  million in September 2017At one point, real estate insiders claim the apartment was “unsellable.”The art-filled corner penthouse features Central Park and Fifth Avenue views and 10- to 35-foot ceiling heights. The upper level, reached by a spiral staircase, includes a decorative fireplace in the master suite and a terrace that overlooks the park.
